I think the God of War Origins is purely a marketing campaign to keep the franchise alive and make some money in the process, the real deal will be when GoW 4 is released next year. Personally, I Played GoW I and II in the PS3 and although the story was great the graphics are just plain horrible for such a console. Fans are gonna buy it anyways.

...the timer ends on September 17, 2011... Halo: CE came out November 15, 2001. Not exactly 10 years apart, 9 years 10 months and 2 days actually... I would say it's likely to be a new Halo game because of the 117 reference but I wouldn't consider this additional evidence for a Halo HD, which is still a possibility.
